The Silver Lake neighborhood gets its name from its close proximity to Silver Lake. It is located at the southernmost tip of the city of Everett on the eastern border of I-5.

South Forest Park is one of the most heavily forested neighborhoods in Everett and features beautiful Forest Park, Woodlawn Gardens and Pigeon Creek. About Port Gardner

Port Gardner boasts 3 distinct residential areas: Rucker Hill, Grand Hill and Longfellow District, as well as bustling retail and business areas.
